The Role

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations for residential roofing solutions.
• Utilize innovative software for precise measurements and assessment of property needs.
• Focus on closing deals by understanding and addressing homeowner requirements.
• Attend pre-set, pre-qualified appointments, primarily focusing on a one-call-close strategy.
• Perform property damage assessments, including ladder or attic inspections.
• Collaborate with the team daily to strategize and prepare for appointments.

What You'll Need

• Ability to work midday, evening, and weekend schedules.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Capability to travel to and from in-home appointments.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and driven attitude towards sales and customer service.
• No prior sales or construction experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
