Job Description

Are you an experienced Senior Carer who knows care inside and out and is ready for a new challenge?

We’re looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team in Oadby — someone who can help keep things running smoothly, support our care manager, and make sure the people we care for receive the best support.

What will you be doing?

As a care coordinator, you’ll play a key role in making sure our outstanding care service runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll be involved in:

  • Coordinating care packages and supporting the care team
  • Communicating with clients, families and professionals
  • Helping to maintain high standards of care and compliance
  • Responding to those unexpected daily challenges that come with working in care — because no two days are ever quite the same

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working as a carer
  • Has a genuine passion for providing outstanding care
  • Is organised, resilient and able to keep a cool head when things get busy
  • Someone who is happy to be part of our oncall rota Monday to Friday 1 week in 5

 Why make the move?

If you’re ready to swap some of the hands-on care for organising, problem-solving, supporting others and keeping everyone on track, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced carer to progress their career, develop new skills and become an important part of the key player team

You already know what great care looks like — now you get the chance to help coordinate it, support the people delivering it, and make a real difference behind the scenes too

Come and join us — your next chapter in an amazing job could be just a phone call away!
