Principal Architect
Role Overview:
Seeking a Principal Architect to lead technology architecture for a large banking transformation initiative. This role will define the architecture vision, design enterprise solutions, and provide technical leadership across CRM, BPM platforms, AI solutions, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define architecture strategy, standards, and target-state solutions.
  • Design scalable, secure enterprise CRM and BPM solutions.
  • Lead architecture reviews and technology evaluations.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into solution architecture.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
  • Support AI-enabled transformation initiatives, including AI-assisted and Agentic AI solutions.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in architecture roles.
  • Hands-on experience designing CRM and BPM platforms.
  • 2+ years experience architecting AI solutions including Agentic AI models.
  • Strong enterprise integration and solution architecture experience.
  • Ability to write/debug code and work hands-on with engineering teams.
  • Strong communication skills with business and technology stakeholders.
Preferred:
  • Enterprise architecture framework experience.
  • Banking, payments, or financial services transformation experience.
