$We’re looking for a high-energy, outgoing, emotionally sharp sales professional who thrives in the field, builds trust instantly, and moves fast under pressure. This is more than sales, it’s sales with purpose
. You’ll be the first point of contact after fires, floods, or natural disasters, helping families and businesses take their first steps toward recovery. This is face-to-face, field-based, emotionally charged outside sales role that actually matters.

Serving people in their time of need while building a high-reward career. Independent and restless — you’d rather be in the field than behind a desk. Meet property owners on-site, assess their needs, and guide them toward solutions, generating revenue opportunities. Volunteer non-operational time to related community events. Monitor, interpret and respond to lead sources, providing top-notch care to customers after traumatic events. Work closely with owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders and community leaders.

On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled

High School Diploma or GED required
~3+ years experience in an outside sales role or customer service role
