Job Description

As a SAP Support Analyst in the FMCG sector, based in Manchester, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimisation of SAP systems to support business processes. You'll work closely with various teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organisation.

Description

  • Analyse and optimise SAP systems to enhance business processes and efficiency.
  • Provide 2nd / 3rd line SAP support
  • SAP ECC and SAP S/4 Hana experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions.
  • Provide support for SAP-related issues and troubleshoot system errors.
  • Assist in the configuration, testing, and implementation of new SAP functionalities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system integrity through regular audits and checks.
  • Document system processes and provide training to end-users as needed.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs.
  • Stay updated on SAP developments and recommend relevant improvements.

Profile

A successful SAP Analyst should have:

  • Strong expertise in SAP systems and their functionalities.
  • 2nd / 3rd line SAP support experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills for documenting processes and training users.
