IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer (1-Day Contract)

Location: Bolton
Date: Next Monday
Rate: 160 per day (Inside IR35)

We're looking for a IT Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support for a 1-day assignment in Bolton next Monday, supporting a server installation project.

Responsibilities:

• Provide deskside support to end users
• Assist the Server Engineer during the deployment project
• Hardware installation, setup, and replacement
• Basic troubleshooting of Windows devices and peripherals
• Network connectivity checks and user support
• Printer and peripheral setup
• General desktop and laptop support

Requirements:

• Previous Desktop Support experience
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office
• Experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently onsite
• Must be available to work next Monday in Bolton

This is a 1-day contract paying 160 per day (Inside IR35).
