The Role

• Oversee guest billing and collections in line with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in evaluating customer credit applications and managing direct billing accounts.
• Implement and maintain an efficient collection process, including communication and dispute resolution.
• Monitor the guest ledger and advance deposit ledger for proper internal controls.
• Manage daily monetary funds, including issuing and auditing cashier banks and processing deposits.
• Prepare financial information and report on discrepancies to management.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to understand and apply complex information and data from various sources.
• Familiarity with basic computer equipment and applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
