Qualifications

• CPA or CMA certification
• Experience in a private‑equity‑backed company, roll‑up strategy, or acquisition integration
• Familiarity with ASC 606, construction billing structures, and contract compliance
• Experience implementing or improving accounting systems, processes, or controls
• Background supporting external audits or lender reporting requirements
