Payroll and Total Rewards Manager

COLECTIVO COFFEE ROASTERS is seeking a Payroll and Total Rewards Manager to lead multi-state payroll and benefits programs for a growing specialty coffee and café organization. In this role, you'll oversee accurate, timely payroll processing; administer health, retirement, and leave benefits; and support competitive compensation practices aligned with our hospitality-driven culture. You'll maintain HRIS and payroll systems, ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, partner with Finance on reporting, and provide responsive support to team members across cafés, bakery, and roasting operations.
