The Role

• Proper preparation of medical devices, including cleaning, disinfection, functional testing, packaging, and sterilization according to current standards and legal requirements.
• Operation and monitoring of cleaning machines and sterilizers according to provided instructions.
• Structured instrument management, including accurate assembly of instrument sets according to pack lists and professional packaging.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed the I or II professional training course for sterilization assistants.
• Reliable, thorough, and careful work ethic with a commitment to quality.
• Good German language skills at a minimum of B2 level.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems.
• Ability to work independently and a strong team orientation.
