Senior Platform Engineer (Configuration as Code)

W2 contract position not open to third parties, sponsorship not available.

We are looking for a Senior Software/Platform Engineer to mature our configuration-as-code approach for endpoint management. The focus is software engineering, GitHub/CI/CD, and automation.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a senior C#/.NET software engineer
• Implementation of Configuration-as-code experience
• Experience building CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions or a comparable enterprise pipeline platform. Strong PowerShell development and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience automating Microsoft Intune or Microsoft 365 services using Microsoft Graph APIs.
• Working knowledge of Intune configurations, policies, applications, assignments, and administrative controls.
• Ability to drive adoption/upskill teams

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Develop and maintain endpoint-management automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph APIs, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Engineer and operate Intune configuration-as-code capabilities, including export, validation, approval, deployment, drift detection, and rollback.
• Support automation involving Microsoft 365 Desired State Configuration where appropriate.
• Develop, upgrade, and support APIs, libraries, proxy services, reporting components, and integration services using C# and .NET.
• Maintain deployment automation for application code, databases, cloud infrastructure, and configuration.
• Integrate platforms with Intune, Entra ID, Azure, ServiceNow, Power Automate, and other enterprise services.
• Modernize or retire legacy repositories, pipelines, artifacts, cloud resources, and supporting services.
• Create technical documentation, operational procedures, architecture diagrams, and support runbooks.
• Partner with endpoint, desktop, security, product, and support teams to define configuration ownership and engineering standards.
