The Role

• Lead and manage your store team, including supporting the assistant store manager.
• Oversee store presentation, including ordering, visual merchandising, and daily operational tasks.
• Take responsibility for personnel management, including creating schedules and fostering employee development.
• Drive recruitment efforts to build and maintain your store’s team.
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss performance and store development.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail management role.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback.
• Availability for a 40-hour work week, including regular weekend and evening shifts.
• Willingness to participate in an 8-week comprehensive training program in a designated training store.
