Location: Pine Bend, MN (ONSITE)

Duration: 7 months (Until end of May w/possible extensions)

Ideal Start Date: 10/19

Work Schedule: 40-45hrs w/overtime during TA execution (60hrs per week)

Project Details:

Our client is seeking an experienced Turnaround Scheduler to support the planning and execution of its Spring 2027 refinery turnaround, scheduled for late March through mid-May. The resource will be responsible for building out and maintaining the turnaround schedule in Primavera P6, working closely with turnaround management, planners, and construction teams to ensure maintenance and shutdown activities are properly sequenced. This role is 100% turnaround-focused, with no capital project scheduling responsibilities.

MUST:

• 5+ years of scheduling experience with at least 2–3 major industrial turnarounds, shutdowns, or outages.
• Strong Primavera P6 experience, including independently developing, maintaining, and analyzing turnaround schedules.
• Solid understanding of construction and maintenance sequencing, predecessor/successor relationships, and scheduling logic.
• Ability to review planned work packages, develop activity sequences, identify scheduling conflicts, and proactively resolve issues with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Experience working directly with turnaround management, planners, and construction teams to coordinate scheduling activities.
• Refinery or petrochemical turnaround experience preferred; nuclear outage or comparable industrial maintenance experience will also be considered.
• Must be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision and take ownership of the turnaround schedule.
