Interim - OB Manager

Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring an Interim - OB Manager

Shift: Non-exempt, Days, 8a–4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week,
Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Active CA RN License — permanent CA license required; temporary permits and EMSA licenses are not accepted
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• BLS
• BSN required

Other Details:

• Ambulatory Nurse Manager role for an OB/GYN & Peds clinic; manages the OB/GYN floor and supervises the CN4 Nurse Supervisor
• Oversees nursing care of ambulatory patients and clinical staff, including RNs, LVNs, and MAs
• Responsibilities include timekeeping, payroll, corrective actions, and process improvement initiatives
• Floating: will float within the facility and may float between campuses (to be discussed at interview and reflected on the offer); travelers are first to float
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at initial submission and cannot be changed or added afterward, including for extensions
• References required
• Return traveler policy: candidate must be away from the system for at least 6 months to qualify as a return traveler
• Accepting local candidates within a 75‑mile radius

The Pay Range for this position is $4,700.00 - $5,100.00. Please note that all pay rates are gross weekly pay estimates. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, shift, skill set, location and stipends, etc.
