Relationship Banker

As a Relationship Banker, you will be a trusted financial partner for our customers, building strong relationships while helping them achieve their financial goals. You will provide exceptional service, identify customer needs, and recommend banking products and solutions that add value to their financial journey.

In this role, you will open and maintain accounts, process transactions, assist with customer inquiries, and proactively identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through our products and services. Success in this position is measured by customer satisfaction, relationship growth, and achievement of sales and service goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and provide outstanding customer service
• Basic computer and technology skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial products and services, including consumer lending
• Knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with banking software and technology platforms
• Cash handling experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding financial needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Open new accounts and assist customers with account maintenance and transactions
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and support branch goals
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to questions, concerns, and requests in a timely manner
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions accurately
• Conduct customer follow-up activities to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Support branch operations and contribute to a positive team environment
