Bilingual Senior Personal Banker

First National Bank Texas is seeking a Bilingual Senior Personal Banker to provide exceptional English/Spanish service in our community-focused branches. In this role, you will build lasting customer relationships, open and service personal accounts, process transactions, and identify financial solutions that support customers' goals. You will originate consumer loans, meet sales and service targets, and ensure strict compliance with banking regulations. As a senior team member, you'll mentor junior staff and represent the bank in the local community, reflecting our values of integrity, service, and partnership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bilingual (English/Spanish) service to personal banking customers in a branch setting.
• Open and maintain checking, savings, and other deposit accounts following KYC and compliance standards.
• Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments, while ensuring accuracy.
• Originate and process consumer loan requests in line with bank credit policies.
• Meet individual and branch sales goals through cross-selling and referrals.
• Resolve customer issues, research account discrepancies, and escalate complex problems when needed.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including BSA/AML.
• Support and mentor junior bankers and tellers, modeling excellent customer service.
• Participate in community outreach and relationship-building activities to grow the customer base.
