Recruit, Train, Retain Talent
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
Lead all recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts
Build a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates
Set and maintain high hiring standards
Training & Development
Design and execute an aggressive training program for all team members
Develop future leaders through structured coaching and mentorship
Build a strong internal leadership pipeline
Partner with Director of Operations to elevate leadership performance
Champion a positive, high-performance culture rooted in accountability and growth
Performance Management
Oversee evaluations, feedback systems, and accountability structures
Compliance & HR Systems
Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures
Maintain organized HR systems, documentation, and processes
Direct ownership of hiring, training, and leadership development
Ability to shape culture and build a high-performance team
2+ years of HR or leadership experience

Closed on Sundays for work-life balance

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Full-time on-site position
Flexible shifts including 8 and 10-hour shifts, day and night
