Sr. Project Manager

Title: Sr. Project Manager-Infrastructure & Cybersecurity #100434
Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite in Dallas, TX (Victory Park area)
Pay: $58.77/hr w2 MAX rate- w2 only for conversion
Hours: Expectation is to work EST times, busiest is in the morning some meetings start 8.30am EST.
Type: Contract
Length: 12-months; possibility to extend
Screenings: full panel drug and background once hired
IV process: 2 interviews after screening call
MUST HAVES:

• Lean Agile Scrum and PI Planning experience
• EDUCATION / YOE: min 5-7+ years of Project Management experience
• Agile + Waterfall experience
• Infrastructure project experience
• Cybersecurity / GRC experience
• Budget management and financial forecasting
• Risk / issue management
• Strong project status reporting and stakeholder communication
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a lean, collaborative environment

• Preferred
• Agile transformation / migration experience
• M365 experience
• OT experience
• Energy/industrial experience
• ERP experience

Role overview:

• Looking for an IT Project Manager focused on Infrastructure + Cybersecurity projects.
• Will manage approximately 4-5 projects.
• Team is currently piloting a Lean/Agile transformation while still managing many infrastructure projects through Waterfall.
• Need someone comfortable working across both Agile and Waterfall environments and helping transition traditional processes toward Agile.
• Strong PMO Controls / financial management background is important.
• Must be collaborative and willing to support other projects in a lean team environment.

This person will be responsible for managing project budgets and providing regular reporting on project financial and overall health.
