The Role

• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct property inspections (training provided) to identify pest issues.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers, winning their trust through confidence and care.
• Build strong, trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting commercial businesses.
• Effectively communicate solutions and set customer expectations, ensuring peace of mind.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain required pesticide licenses/certifications (company paid).
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and access confined spaces.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely use a ladder.
• A service-oriented mindset, commitment to responsibility, and team player attitude.
