We are supporting an established organisation seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional for a confidential temporary assignment.
Joining during a busy period of organisational change, you will provide practical ER advice and independently manage a varied caseload. You will work closely with managers, employees and the wider People team.

We are supporting an established organisation seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional for a confidential temporary assignment.
Joining during a busy period of organisational change, you will provide practical ER advice and independently manage a varied caseload. You will work closely with managers, employees and the wider People team.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing employee-relations cases from initial advice through to resolution
- Advising managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance matters
- Supporting employee consultation and change-related conversations
- Providing advice on flexible-working requests and other employment matters
- Coaching managers through policies, procedures and sensitive discussions
- Managing standard and complex cases fairly and consistently
- Maintaining clear records and keeping relevant stakeholders updated
- Supporting wider organisational-change activity when required
- Strong, recent employee-relations experience
- Confident managing a varied ER caseload independently
- Experience supporting organisational change, consultation or restructuring would be advantageous
- Good working knowledge of UK employment law
- Able to provide pragmatic, balanced and commercially aware advice
- Comfortable joining an organisation quickly and working proactively
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
- Available to commit to an assignment of approximately five months
