HR Advisor

HR Advisor - Bradford

Location: Bradford, BD1.

Salary: £22 per hour.

Full Time - Monday to Friday - 37 hours.

Contract: Initial three month contract with possible extension.

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide specialist HR support to managers, with a strong focus on managing complex and long-term sickness absence cases. You will play a key role in reducing a backlog of employee relations cases and supporting employees in returning to work where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert HR advice and guidance to line managers on complex sickness absence and employee relations matters.
• Manage and progress long-term and legacy sickness absence cases in line with HR policies and employment legislation.
• Support managers through absence management processes, including return-to-work planning and case reviews.
• Build effective working relationships with managers and employees to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely case management.

The ideal candidate will have proven HR Advisory experience, excellent organisational skills, and a strong background in managing complex sickness absence and employee relations cases.
