Title:         AI Security Architect with ARC-AMPE
Contract     6+ Months
Location     Remote
Role Overview
Experience Level: 8–10+ Years
Domain: US Healthcare / Pharmacy, PBM & Federal Healthcare Systems (CMS / ACA / Medicaid)
Primary Focus: Securing Enterprise AI/GenAI Workloads under strict Federal & Healthcare Compliance Frameworks
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Architecture & Security Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Security Architect delivering large-scale enterprise software, cloud optimization, or AI/ML solutions.
  • AI Security & Governance Expertise: Proven experience in securing Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines, implementing AI guardrails, data sanitization, and protecting sensitive PII/PHI against threats like prompt injection, data poisoning, and model inversion.
  • Healthcare & Federal Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the US Healthcare sector (Pharmacy, PBM, or CMS programs) and federal cybersecurity mandates.
  • Compliance Frameworks: Strong working knowledge of ARC-AMPE (CMS Acceptable Risk Controls for ACA, Medicaid, and Partner Entities), MARS-E, HIPAA Security & Privacy Rules, and NIST SP 800-53 / NIST AI Risk Management Framework (RMF).
