Summary of Responsibilities
As Tectonic’s Sales Manager, you’ll turn great relationships into great projects.

You’ll guide prospective clients through a thoughtful, high-touch sales experience, own the pipeline, and proactively create new opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. This is a role for someone who doesn’t wait for great opportunities to show up—they go out and create them. Essential Functions
Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their goals, and identify the right-fit projects. Lead conversations around project vision, budget, scope, timing, and expectations.

Guide clients through the sales process from first conversation through a smooth handoff to the project team. Own the sales pipeline, CRM, follow-up, and forecasting, keeping opportunities moving forward. Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and strategic industry partnerships. Collaborate with marketing, design, and production to strengthen lead quality and deliver an exceptional client experience. Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to high-quality work.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required
5+ years of sales experience, preferably within residential construction or design-build
Strong knowledge of the residential construction and/or luxury home market
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM
Compensation
$85,000 + commission (1% construction contracts, 3% design contracts)
Remote/flexible working
PTO, 4 weeks per year
