NetSuite Functional Consultant – ERP Migration

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to support a large-scale ERP migration project involving the transition of an existing finance system to NetSuite.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in NetSuite OneWorld and multi-subsidiary environments, with proven experience managing end-to-end data migration activities. The consultant will work closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate data migration, effective testing, financial reconciliation, and a smooth cutover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end financial data migration from the existing finance system into NetSuite.

• Perform data mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, testing, reconciliation, and cutover activities.

• Configure and support NetSuite OneWorld functionality across multi-subsidiary environments.

• Support core financial processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).

• Validate migrated master data, financial balances, transactions, and historical records.

• Coordinate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and migration testing.

• Identify and resolve functional issues, data discrepancies, and reconciliation gaps.

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle.

• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-migration stabilization.

• Maintain migration documentation, issue logs, and project status reports.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.

• Proven expertise in NetSuite OneWorld and multi-subsidiary environments.

• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting end-to-end ERP data migrations.

• Strong understanding of data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.

• Functional knowledge of P2P, O2C, and R2R financial processes.

• Experience with complex ERP implementations or finance system migration projects.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with Finance and IT teams in a fast-paced project environment.
