A leading asset manager is seeking a Senior Portfolio Operations Manager to support the day-to-day management of investment operations across a range of portfolios and asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade support, settlements and exception management.
• Manage cash, position and transaction reconciliations and resolve operational breaks.
• Review fund accounting outputs, NAVs and portfolio reporting.
• Coordinate corporate actions and income events.
• Liaise with custodians, administrators, brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Support fund launches, account openings and portfolio transitions.
• Assist with regulatory reporting, audits and operational governance.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
• 7+ years experience within Asset Management, Investment Management, Wealth Management, Hedge Funds or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of the investment lifecycle and portfolio operations.
• Experience working closely with Portfolio Managers, Investment Teams and third-party service providers.
• Experience supporting multi-asset portfolios
• Exposure to platforms such as: Aladdin, Charles River, Bloomberg etc
• Experience with Python, VBA, SQL or Power Bi tools
