The Role

• Conduct individual and group occupational therapy sessions for geriatric patients, tailoring interventions to individual strengths and daily living capabilities.
• Focus on promoting self-efficacy, independence, and participation in daily activities.
• Adapt therapy offerings to meet changing patient needs and treatment situations.
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and other therapists to ensure holistic patient care.
• Participate in on-call and weekend duty rotations.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an Occupational Therapist (m/f/d).
• Ability to work independently and creatively.
• High degree of flexibility in daily work.
