We are seeking a dedicated Ergotherapist to join a leading healthcare provider in Schleswig-Holstein, part of a nationally recognized hospital group. This role focuses on restoring independence and improving the quality of life for geriatric patients through personalized therapy.

The Role

• Conduct individual and group ergotherapy sessions for geriatric patients, focusing on their unique abilities and daily living skills.
• Promote patients' self-efficacy, independence, and participation in daily activities.
• Adapt therapy offerings to meet evolving patient needs and treatment situations.
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and other therapists for holistic patient care.
• Participate in on-call and weekend duty rotations.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an Ergotherapist (m/f/d).
• Ability to work independently and creatively.
• High degree of flexibility in daily work.
• Strong empathy and understanding for patients.
