Join the Engineering Systems team supporting one of the world's most beloved gaming franchises. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, keep developer build and test pipelines running smoothly, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure predictable release cycles.

responsibilities:

• Facilitate day-to-day sprint ceremonies, including stand-ups, backlog grooming, planning, and retrospectives.
• Maintain sprint dashboards, calendars, user stories, action items, and milestone tracking in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Partner with QA and release management teams to track validation plans, regression risks, and technical dependencies.
• Identify and resolve blockers, ensuring engineering teams maintain delivery momentum and forecast accuracy.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience as a Producer, TPM, or Technical Project Manager.

Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint velocity, and team capacity.

Expertise utilizing ADO, Jira, or Confluence for task tracking, sprint planning, and documentation.

Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to align developers, creative teams, and stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of Producer/TPM experience within a gaming studio environment.

Deep experience coordinating release validation plans, regression tracking, and cross-team dependencies.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-team technical projects under tight deadlines.
