Job Description

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst supporting HCM ERP implementations, stabilization, or complex integrations.
  • 3+ years of Workday experience, preferably with HCM, Benefits, Payroll, integrations, and employee lifecycle transactions.
  • 3+ years of retirement/pension benefits experience, including eligibility, plan configuration, or contribution processing.
  • 3+ years supporting Workday or another large ERP through implementation, stabilization, or production operations.
  • Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze integration data, mappings, transformation rules, logs, and reports.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating Workday with benefits providers, retirement systems, pension administrators, or insurance carriers.
  • Knowledge of APIs, web services, middleware, XML/JSON, flat files, and data transformations.
  • Experience with Workday integrations and production support.
