The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs for a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock, complete essential reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the company with pride, providing advice and first-class service.
• Think on your feet to make the right call for each customer and challenge presented.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in varied situations.
