Mobile Vehicle Technician | Luton, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom | On-site

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician for a prominent automotive services provider with a long-standing heritage and a forward-thinking approach to roadside repair. Our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to customers across the UK, combining innovation with a commitment to quality.

The Role

  • Perform expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs directly at customer locations.
  • Provide first-class customer service and represent the company with professionalism and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Manage stock, complete reports, and maintain effective communication with customers.
  • Handle a variety of servicing, diagnostic, and repair tasks, adapting to different challenges daily.
  • Work independently and make sound decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

  • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
