We are looking for candidates with strong MarTech experience, particularly in enterprise CRM integration platforms such as AEP/MS Dynamics 365 etc, combined with solid project delivery experience. PMP certification would be an added advantage

Detailed Job Description:

• Adobe CRM Project Manager – Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Adobe CRM and MarTech project delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resource planning.
• Drive implementation of Adobe Campaign, AJO, AEP, and RTCDP solutions.
• Coordinate with business, marketing, data, and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project governance.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and RAID logs.
• Track project financials, forecasting, and utilization.
• Ensure successful CRM integrations with Salesforce, Dynamics, and other platforms.
• Monitor project quality, delivery milestones, and client satisfaction.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Support customer journey orchestration and marketing automation initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to Adobe implementation best practices and standards.
