Job Description

Senior PeopleSoft Project/Account Manager will lead client PeopleSoft/Oracle Taleo projects and account delivery.
- Develop and maintain Project Management Plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, change control, and risk.
- Build and maintain Microsoft Project schedules with tasks, milestones, dependencies, resource assignments, and progress updates.
- Maintain risk/issue logs with mitigation, escalation, and ownership; control scope/cost/schedule changes.
- Deliver written status reports covering progress, risks, issues, decisions, accomplishments, and upcoming work.
- Lead stakeholder communications; manage agendas, minutes, decision logs, action items, technical teams, SMEs, and executives.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage consultant resources for quality, continuity, and timely delivery.
- Manage onsite/offsite coordination, client communication, resource continuity, and mid-project replacement/transition when required.
- Prepare closeout documentation, lessons learned, final performance metrics, and formal acceptance.
- Apply PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid methods and support decisions in complex environments.
- Maintain familiarity with IT governance, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance.

Skill set info

Highly Preferred:- : 10+ years IT project/account management, including PeopleSoft HCM/Financials and/or Oracle Taleo delivery.
PMBOK/Agile/hybrid; Microsoft Project; risk, change, stakeholder management; cross-functional and executive communication.
PeopleSoft technical-project exposure: Selective Adoption/New Features, Image Refresh, Fluid, OpenSearch/Analytics/Logstash, OGL, PTF.

Education

Any relevant Bachelor's degree

Certifications (if required)

Highly Preferred:- Current PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent recognized industry credential

Documentation Required for submission

One-page resume and proof/details of current PMP/PMI-ACP/PRINCE2/equivalent credential.
