Job Description
The Business Analyst (BA) will play a critical role in the successful delivery of the Billing Transformation Program by serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and the implementation team. The BA will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements related to billing operations, customer management, service delivery, invoicing, financial processes, and enterprise integrations within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business process analysis skills, experience working on Dynamics 365 implementations, and expertise in billing transformation initiatives. The individual will work closely with business users, subject matter experts, solution architects, developers, testing teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure business needs are successfully translated into functional solutions.
Billing Transformation Analysis
- Analyze end-to-end billing lifecycle processes including:
- Customer onboarding
- Service activation
- Contract management
- Work order completion
- Billing and invoicing
- Collections and payment processing
- Revenue recognition
- Reporting and analytics
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Define business rules and billing calculation requirements.
- Support billing process redesign initiatives.
