AI Scheduler

About the Role

Join an AI and construction technology team to bring practical general contracting experience to the development of 4D scheduling capabilities. You will help shape tools that combine 3D models with project timelines and planning data, drawing on real-world construction judgment to improve how complex projects are planned and delivered.

What You'll Do

• Help design and build 4D scheduling capabilities based on how construction projects are planned and executed.

• Guide product and engineering decisions by applying hands-on general contracting project management experience.

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings as part of your daily work.

• Collaborate with engineers on technical and AI-related work without needing to write code.

What We're Looking For

• Eight or more years of construction project management experience, spanning project planning and execution, with responsibility for projects or project managers end to end.

• Experience managing multiple complex construction projects across the United States, preferably in general contracting.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings.

• Experience owning schedules in P6/Primavera or 4D/BIM tools, and using or building AI or automation to improve scheduling.

• Construction experience beyond on-site field execution alone, with planning, scheduling, technology, or AI experience alongside construction expertise.

• Civil engineering or construction management background is relevant.

• Must be located in the United States and be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Hybrid, based in San Francisco, California. The role requires working in person with the team approximately one week per month.
