Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Familiarity with the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News real estate market, or a willingness to learn quickly. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for managing client relationships and tracking progress.
