Dynamic 365 CRM Architect

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Dynamic 365 CRM Architect to join our growing team.  Will serve as the manager of complex technology implementations, with an eye toward constant reengineering and refactoring to ensure the simplest and most elegant system possible to accomplish the desired need. Understand how to maximize leverage of the open source community to deploy systems on Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) providers

Skills Required:

• Will possess knowledge and experience in analyses and development of conceptual designs and detail designs; developing JBOSS Messaging and connectivity with Spring-JMS connectivity; designing DB schema as per the requirements and in sync with the old system; implementing the daily and weekly jobs that interact with external interfaces; coordinating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements; communicate with cross-divisional personnel at both team and executive levels to understand performance measurement methodologies; and direct team members in compiling business requirements and executing project milestones.

Additional Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong understanding of .NET, Visual Studio, and extensibility frameworks for D365.
• Solid experience with Azure integration (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management).
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and data modeling for Dynamics 365.
• Ability to design system architecture, integration, data migration, security, and ALM strategies.
• Ability to develop technical and functional design documents.
• Ability to lead and oversee development teams and provide guidance and recommendations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers, supervisors, and managers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience Required:

• This classification must have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in systems development, analysis, programming or testing.

Additional Experience Required:

• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• 8+ years of experience architecting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform services.
• 8+ years of experience designing integrations using Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management).
• 5+ years of experience with .NET/C# development and Visual Studio for Dynamics 365 extensibility.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server in data modeling, stored procedures, and reporting.
• 5+ years of experience leading solution design, technical documentation, and architecture governance.
• 3+ years of experience using Azure DevOps for ALM, CI/CD, and version control.
• 1+ year experience with GitHub and repository management.
