Job Description

Role: Salesforce Solution Architect
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months contract
 
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud as the primary focus, along with solid experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership in designing scalable Salesforce solutions and drive the adoption of modern Salesforce AI capabilities.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions, primarily across Marketing Cloud, with additional expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Design and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce AI, Einstein, Agentforce, Generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
  • Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and AI capabilities and recommend improvements to the Salesforce platform.
  • Define Salesforce architecture standards, integration patterns, technical frameworks, and best practices.
  • Establish and maintain data governance, security, compliance, and data quality standards across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and solution designs.
  • Architect complex Salesforce solutions involving custom development, APIs, middleware, data migration, and third-party integrations.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers, administrators, and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Define Salesforce roadmaps and technology strategies, including recommendations around new features and future platform releases.
  • Analyze existing system landscapes, identify gaps, and develop solutions aligned with current and future business needs.
Required Skills
  • 12+ years of Salesforce experience with strong solution architecture experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud as the primary skill.
  • Relevant Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect-level certification(s).
  • Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions and architectures.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce AI, Einstein, Agentforce, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, middleware, and data migration.
  • Ability to define current and future-state system landscapes and identify technology gaps.
  • Proven experience providing technical leadership in client-facing environments and leading development/functional workstreams.
  • Experience developing Salesforce technology strategies, roadmaps, and platform improvement plans.
Preferred Skills
  • Working knowledge of Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
  • Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture and integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Experience evaluating new Salesforce capabilities and incorporating them into enterprise roadma
