• Provides expert leadership in designing, implementing, and optimizing Bluecoat Proxy solutions, ensuring advanced web security, policy enforcement, and seamless integration with enterprise security frameworks. Provides expert leadership in managing, securing, and optimizing Fortigate Firewall deployments, ensuring robust threat protection, policy enforcement, and alignment with enterprise security strategies.
• Should have troubleshooting and problem solving exposure to network Infrastructure issues related to Cisco R and S infrastructures, ensuring resilient network operations, strategic alignment, and enterprise-wide high availability. Delivers knowledgeable leadership in managing Forcepoint Proxy solutions, overseeing advanced policy enforcement, threat prevention strategies, and ensuring secure, compliant, and high-performing enterprise network traffic.
• Drives strategic direction and governance for service delivery across multiple accounts or domains, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• The candidate should be qualified to follow SOPs and ITIL process outlined.
• The candidate should possess strong communication skills both written and verbal, should be able to articulate issues and inferences from logs to the customer and the support teams.
