AWS Solutions Architect

Toronto, ON

8 Months

Hybrid -2 Days Office Per Week

Banking / Capital Market Exp will be Huge Plus

$90/hr-$100/hr Inc (7.5 Hours/Day)

Must Haves·

10+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Cloud Architecture, Site Reliability Engineering, Resiliency Engineering, or related technology roles within a large enterprise· Deep expertise in AWS services, cloud resilience patterns, and enterprise cloud operating models· Strong proficiency in AWS CDK, AWS CloudFormation, or other infrastructure-as-code (IaC) delivery approaches· Extensive experience in resilience engineering domains, including High Availability, Observability, Disaster Recovery, Testing, and Posture Analysis· Experience using Jira, Confluence, and engineering workflow tools· Hands-on experience with AWS Resilience Hub is a strong asset· Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Haves· AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional· AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional· Experience in financial services or other regulated environments· Experience with AWS Well-Architected Framework, cloud resilience assessments, operational readiness, chaos engineering practices· Experience creating executive presentations, process documentation, user guides, and operational support materials
