Systems Analyst III – Dynatrace Specialist

his role is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Dynatrace monitoring across the PEX ecosystem. You will lead the creation of observability dashboards that specifically track the "Physician Journey" within OneView, leveraging AI to automate alerts for our DevOps and Tier III Support teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Monitoring: Implement smart Dynatrace automations across OVBS (Web) and OVSS (Mobile), including Real User Monitoring (RUM) to track physician satisfaction and app latency.
• Observability Dashboards: Design "Single Pane of Glass" dashboards in Dynatrace to monitor the health of PEX microservices (Encounters, Orders, Meds) and their integrations with other systems.
• AI-Driven Alerts: Utilize Dynatrace''s AI (Davis) to establish dynamic thresholds, reducing alert fatigue and enabling proactive resolution of clinical outages before they impact the clinic.
• Cloud Integration: Ensure tight integration between Dynatrace, PagerDuty, and Google Cloud Platform Console for rapid incident response.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years of dedicated Dynatrace experience (Admin/Expert level).
• Tooling: Strong familiarity with PagerDuty and Google Cloud Platform Observability suites.
• Recent Success: Proven track record of implementing Dynatrace in a mobile + web environment with complex backend microservices.
