About the Role
Super Creations is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Smoke Seal Systems business across India.
The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with façade consultants, architects, builders, developers, façade contractors, and EPC contractors. The candidate should possess a basic understanding of smoke containment systems, façade construction, and passive fire protection, along with proven experience in specification and project sales within the construction industry.
The primary responsibility will be to secure product specifications during the design stage, develop new business opportunities, and convert them into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the Smoke Seal Systems business across India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with façade consultants, architects, builders, developers, façade contractors, and EPC contractors.
- Promote Smoke Seal Systems and ensure products are specified in project designs and tender documents.
- Identify and pursue upcoming commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, airport, metro, industrial, and high-rise building projects.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and product awareness sessions.
- Coordinate with the technical and engineering teams to provide project-specific solutions and design support.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities.
- Track project progress from specification to final order execution.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to increase brand visibility.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and submit periodic sales reports.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 5-12 years of experience in Project Sales, Specification Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in Smoke Seal Systems, Façade Systems, Curtain Wall Systems, Passive Fire Protection, Fire & Life Safety, Building Materials, or Construction Products.
- Strong relationships with architects, façade consultants, builders, developers, and façade contractors.
- Experience in handling large project specifications and consultant approvals will be an added advantage.

- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
