Senior Pension Project Analyst | Bristol, United Kingdom | Hybrid

The Role
• Lead and manage pension projects and events, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
• Process and verify complex calculations, and prepare detailed client reports.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders via email, calls, and meetings.
• Collaborate with team members and support functions to achieve project goals.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives through participation in post-project reviews.
What You'll Need
• Proven experience with occupational pension schemes, including Defined Benefit (DB), Defined Contribution (DC), and Hybrid schemes.
• Solid understanding of scheme rules, regulations, and GMP calculations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent numeracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, formulas, pivot tables) and Word (reports, mail merges).
• Ability to clearly communicate complex information to various audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize workloads effectively.
