Role: Project Planner / Scheduler

Location: USA

Contract: 12 Month (Likely to be extended) – ASAP Start

Work Pattern: Hybrid 25 percent travel (Domestic USA) – Remote

Overview

Join a high-impact role supporting the expansion of a leading fulfilment network across North America. You’ll own integrated project schedules, align cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones are achieved on time.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain integrated schedules for large-scale fulfilment projects

•Coordinate Vendor timelines and manage complex dependencies

•Track progress, highlight risks and deliver mitigation plans

•Partner with engineering and construction teams to ensure delivery

•Lead schedule reviews and stakeholder alignment

•Report progress and resource needs to leadership

Must Have Skills

•Bachelor’s in Engineering, Operations, or related field

•Proven project planning / scheduling in complex, multi-site environments

•Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project or equivalent

•Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders

•Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

•Fluent in English; Advanced MS Office proficiency

Nice to Have

•PMP, Prince2 or similar certification

•Experience launching logistics/industrial facilities

•Knowledge of material handling systems, AutoCAD exposure
