Position: Program / Project Manager
Location: Remote – Must be physically located in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of a fixed-price, deliverable-based state project.
• Manage schedule, scope, risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
• Drive formal deliverable acceptance and client sign-off.
• Manage government contract governance and steering committee communications.
• Coordinate UAT, training and production cutover.
• Protect the May 15, 2027 target production go-live.
• Manage a distributed team across U.S. time zones.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years managing software implementations for public-sector clients.
• State or local government project experience preferred.
• Fixed-price and deliverable-based contract experience.
• Experience defining deliverable acceptance criteria and driving sign-off.
• Dynamics 365, CRM or ERP implementation experience through go-live.
• Government change-control experience.
• Risk and issue management with steering committees.
• UAT, training and cutover management.
• Experience managing distributed remote teams.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP
• PMI-ACP
• CSM / SAFe
• PL-200 or PL-600 is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Licensing, permitting or regulatory agency projects.
• Retention-based payment structures.
• Oregon state agency experience.
• Deliverable-based progress / earned-value reporting.
