Job Description

Title: PingAIC (Forgerock) Architect/IAM
Location:   Remote
Duration: 12+ Months

          
Job Description:
 
  • Design, architect, and implement enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  • Lead architecture and implementation activities for a large U.S. enterprise client, ensuring IAM solutions align with security, scalability, and business requirements.
  • Develop and configure identity journeys, authentication flows, access policies, integrations, and identity lifecycle workflows within Ping Advanced Identity Cloud.
  • Provide hands-on development and configuration of Ping/ForgeRock components rather than functioning solely in an architectural or advisory capacity.
  • Review, troubleshoot, and enhance existing code, scripts, configurations, and integrations supporting the IAM platform.
  • Conduct code and technical reviews to ensure solutions meet enterprise security, performance, maintainability, and coding standards.
  • Integrate Ping/ForgeRock with enterprise applications, directories, APIs, authentication providers, and other security platforms.
  • Analyze existing IAM architecture and recommend improvements, modernization opportunities, and best practices.
  • Work closely with engineering, security, application, and infrastructure teams to define technical requirements and deliver end-to-end IAM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex authentication, authorization, identity synchronization, and integration issues in production and non-production environments.
  • Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation standards, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in U.S. Eastern Time (EST/ET) working hours and collaborate with distributed client and engineering teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and IAM engineers on Ping/ForgeRock implementation and development practices.
  • Support deployment, testing, release management, and production implementation of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Ensure IAM implementations follow enterprise security, privacy, compliance, and identity governance standards.
