Job Description

Selmet, a PCC Structurals company, is seeking a Human Resources professional to support our titanium casting manufacturing operations. In this role, you will coordinate full cycle recruiting, onboarding, and HRIS data, and support managers with employee relations, performance reviews, and corrective actions. You'll help administer benefits and leave programs, ensure compliance with policies and employment laws, and assist with training and safety initiatives. This position partners closely with operations leaders to support a 24/7 manufacturing workforce and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and professional roles, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
  • Organize and improve onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated and compliant with policies and training requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and prepare HR reports for leadership
  • Support employee relations by advising supervisors on policies, documentation, and performance improvement steps
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and assist managers with goal-setting and feedback processes
  • Administer benefits and leave programs, answering employee questions and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Support HR compliance with federal and state employment laws, recordkeeping, and internal audits
  • Assist with HR components of safety, training, and continuous improvement initiatives in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
  • Partner with operations leaders on staffing plans, scheduling, and workforce planning
  • Contribute to HR process improvement projects that enhance efficiency, data quality, and employee experience
