Job Description

Selmet, a PCC Structurals company, is seeking a Human Resource professional to support our titanium casting manufacturing operations. In this role, you will partner with leaders to recruit and onboard hourly and salaried employees, administer HR policies and benefits, and support performance management and employee relations. You will maintain HRIS data accuracy, ensure compliance with labor and safety regulations, and contribute to engagement and retention initiatives. Collaborating across departments, you'll drive continuous improvement in HR processes to support a safe, high performance, aerospace grade manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with manufacturing leaders to forecast staffing needs and execute full-cycle recruiting
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook compliance
  • Support performance management, coaching, and corrective action processes
  • Manage HRIS records, reporting, and HR metrics for leadership
  • Administer benefits, leave of absence, and workers' compensation processes
  • Ensure compliance with employment, labor, and safety regulations
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives
  • Assist with investigations and resolution of employee relations issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and programs
