Project Overview

This PM role will support the CPD Financial Crime team to deliver the US I-Refresh initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the planning, development, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, timelines, quality standards, and align with strategic goals.
• Leads the facilitation of Program Increment (PI) Planning meetings with leadership, product management teams, delivery teams, and business partners.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Leads solution design discussions that provide technical oversight and adhere to Enterprise Architecture standards on complex APIs and/or application integrations.
• Orchestrates breakdown of work, sequencing, assignment of tasks, and scheduling multiple work streams.
• Manages change control and escalation handling in projects.
• Proposes solutions to overcome delivery impediments and supports issue resolution through creative solutions.
• Manages impediments, risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs across stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Establishes integrated release plans that align dependencies and milestones across teams, trains, and external partners.
