Title: Project Manager

Location: On-site in Oostburg, WI. Limited hybrid flexibility (up to 1 day/week remote).

Duration: 7-8 months with Temp-to-Perm conversion

Ideal Start Date: Immediate

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.

Project Details: The Project Manager will support food and beverage clients, focusing on standard projects at the Oostburg plant. This is a dynamic role that combines office-based project management with hands-on engagement on the shop floor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 15-25 projects simultaneously, working directly with customers to define needs and ensure successful execution. This role requires a proactive approach to driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to lead without direct authority.

Pluses:

• A background in a technical field.
• Military experience is highly regarded.
